Pushing it along with what little available time I have.

More progress

This was after a few more hours. Not worrying about changes and just letting it go where it wants for a while. I'll reign it in later when I feel I'm getting close to what I want.

Life bust cont.

Back to work on this piece. At this stage the expression is still being worked out. Trying to get the features in the right places as well.

Glass eyes removed and moved onto getting the likeness while working out the expression desired.

Revisited this piece and tore it down. Then added Chavant medium on top to work with to see what I could salvage.

Also tried some glass eyes as a test but unfortunately they were a bit too wide so they were pulled out after this.

Life size bust

Wanted to try a new clay for me so I a started this in Chavant soft. Found it to be too gummy and was sticking to my tools and hands too much so, frustrated,  I moved onto another piece.
